Outside of philosophy, I enjoy a variety of musical activities. As of September 2023, I have been singing bass for Le Chœur d’Oratorio de Paris (COP) and for Le Chœur & Orchestre Sorbonne Université (COSU). I have also sung for a number of projects outside these choirs. Below are photos of various concerts and projects (see CV for details).

Before moving to Paris, I pursued a variety of musical activities at Oberlin College and Conservatory, including the following. From 2020-2023, I sang bass, beatboxed, and arranged music for the Obertones. The Obertones tour annually across the United States. They were also featured on HBO's Girls and Netflix's Bojack Horseman. You can find our most recent album here and videos of our performances here. From 2021-2023, I also sang bass for Oberlin Conservatory's Collegium Musicum Oberliniense, directed by Steven Plank. During this time, on a trip to Oxford, I had the pleasure of singing with The Queen's College Choir for Choral evensong (video here).

Outside of music, I also enjoy playing chess.
