My primary interest is in the semantics of explanation and the phenomena that help us explain, like causation and composition. I have a second interest in the intentionality of fashion.

I have a master's in philosophy from La Sorbonne. My master's thesis is on the metalinguistic aspects of ontology and mereology, under the supervision of Jean-Baptiste Rauzy.
Before coming to Paris, I did my BA at Oberlin College, with majors in Philosophy and French. I wrote my undergraduate honors' thesis on modality and free will.
